I’m an International (meaning I coach women around the world!) Certified Holistic Health and Wellness coach with a specific focus on weight loss and emotional eating .
I’m SO passionate about what I do and it’s my life’s mission to help women end the war with food and their bodies and create a healthy lifestyle that not only gets them their results for good but feels completely effortless. I feel truly honored each and every time I get to help women on their journey- no matter how big or small of a role I play.
I’m also completely obsessed with…my family! I’ve been married to the man of my dreams/best friend for 3 years and I’m also a new-ish mom to my 1 1/2 year old, Leila Rose, who is the greatest joy & light in my life. I’m from Florida, went to college in upstate New York and my extensive traveling through Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and the UK brought me to Queenstown, New Zealand where my hubby (who’s from New Zealand) and I have lived for almost 8 years. I travel back and forth to see family and friends back home in the States and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Being held accountable with your weight loss goals and with healing your relationship with food + yourself and having actual structure and an actual plan is a real key to making your goals happen.
That’s where I come in. I help to make SURE you achieve your goals (with my whole heart + soul)! I only coach women who know that they’re ready. They’re ready to leave their excuses behind and willing to do their part in this transformation. Because after all, change is uncomfortable but we all know; nothing changes if nothing changes. And while I can’t wave a magic wand to create your transformation (wouldn’t that be awesome?) I can teach you how to make the changes necessary and guide you along the whole way through.
Day 1 or some day?
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or “good” and “bad” foods. Why? Those things don’t work in the long run.
Instead, I help you:
- determine the real secrets to weight loss success that the media doesn’t want you to know
- create freedom and results over diet and restriction
- learn the tools you need to create and keep your results so that your healthy lifestyle is effortless
- live your life fully while staying healthy and on track
- figure out which foods you should be eating for results
- determine how to eliminate emotional/binge eating (from your life specifically) for good
- how to lose weight or create weight balance (ending the fluctuating) and KEEP it off
- change your mindset completely- from fad diets, calorie counting and major body shaming to …a life that empowers and inspires you- that is maintainable, fun and rewarding and allows you to get lasting results.
