I received my training from the cutting edge nutrition program in NYC, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Some of my teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. In addition to the many skills I developed through my training, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that create real and lasting results.

My very personal transformation story:

Especially as an entrepreneur, because in order to be the best leader possible for your business and your team, you have to take care of yourself (first and foremost) so that you can show up as your best self!
Healthy living is the #1 way I ensure I can live my best, happiest, most successful life- feeling amazing every day..and so can you.
Well, I’m here now to fill you in.
I want you to know that I understand how painful, frustrating, infuriating and truly disheartening it can be to know you are stuck, lost and can see no way out. It can make you want to give up, accept that this is the best it will ever get or maybe even punish yourself- a little bit, every day. Perhaps physically…perhaps mentally…perhaps both.
My mission is to help you create a healthy, happy relationship with food and with yourself!
Let’s start at the beginning.
My first memory of wanting to be healthy was when I was 8 years old. It was when I first remember becoming aware of fat and what fat was. In elementary school a man, I think he was a doctor, came into our class and handed each kid a small squishy ball. He told us that when we squeeze this ball, we can feel what fat feels like. Ergo if we had parts of our body that felt like that we were indeed “fat”. In that moment I was no longer a little girl filled with unshakeable confidence, no matter what I looked like. I was a girl who would forever more be worried about her weight and fat percentage. I now had new feelings of fear, of self-consciousness. I carried this with me through my teenage and young adult years. As a teenager, I found fitness and health in competitive dancing and a fast metabolism. As a young adult, I lost my way. I didn’t know how to take care of myself. I started partying more. Lost myself in all-nighters studying. I had no idea what a huge role nutrition played on our health and beauty. I didn’t know which foods to eat…how to exercise correctly. I really wanted to be healthy, fit and secure in myself. I always truly cared and didn’t spend my days sitting around eating junk food all day (OK, not every day).
First of all, I never listened to my body. I always felt that I needed to go “burn calories straight away” after binging or eating a “bad” food. I always worried about my weight. I always felt too big for my size. Have you experienced this? The self-hate, compulsive thinking, never really feeling truly confident or secure about who you are?
It wasn’t until I was in my early 20′s that I discovered what it means to truly live. In other words, I discovered what has developed into the Optimal Beauty Lifestyle.
But what does that mean? How can you relate to it? Can you do it too?
YES. There is absolutely no reason why I can and you can’t.
True nourishment. Intuitive eating. Clarity. Joy. Success. Energy. Strong sense of self. Results. Confidence. Self-love. Health. Beauty. Balance. Love.
These are just a few words I connect to my journey and the Optimal Beauty Lifestyle which has led me to so many amazing things, people and places since.
I really started to live the life I truly desired.
I created success in all areas of life, discovered my true passions, felt joy, a sense of being truly beautiful, alive and vibrant every day. I knew that if I could do this others could too.

First, I started with my girlfriends. Many of which had suffered if not the same way, very similarly.
Each one of them began to thrive, shine and sparkle.
They felt a new connection with life, themselves and their body.
The thing is…Optimal Beauty Coaching is about more than your weight or looking good for a “certain occasion” (although, don’t get me wrong, it does include these fun attributes as well).
It is about feeling undeniably beautiful and alive inside and out, physically and mentally every day for the rest of your life.
The Optimal Beauty Lifestyle is catered to you. Believe it or not, one woman’s version of Optimal Beauty is not the same as the next. Therefore, I work with women to guide them through their journey to discovering their personal Optimal Beauty Lifestyle. You will discover the same amount of joy, love, balance, beauty, clarity, wellness, results and health; however it will look slightly different to mine or your best friend’s. It will be the perfect lifestyle for you and you alone.
This creates a dynamic where your results will not falter; you won’t fall off the bandwagon and your results will last forever.
I used to think…How could it be this hard? How could she be healthy, beautiful and secure and I just can’t get there? This consumed me. The obvious, yet completely unthinkable solution, was that I was doing all the wrong things. This, in a time of insecurity, and all my hard work, was devastating.
I had tried so many fad diets, exercising twice a day and really thought I was doing everything “right”. The truth is, I didn’t understand the human body in all its wonder at all and I thought there must be something out there that could rid me of this constant want for ultimate health and Optimal Beauty. So I turned to diet pills, more deprivation, the constant counting of calories and I hated every minute of it.
Eventually, I started to wake up…even before my transformation. I thought that there must be an easier way; there has to be a simpler solution.
I was right, but it was not what I had initially expected. In fact, and I kid you not, it was much, much easier. When I finally discovered my Optimal Beauty Lifestyle I could not believe it. I had not deprived myself, spent hours a day in the gym, counted calories, taken any extreme methods whatsoever and got all the results. In fact, the results went much further than just glowing skin and weight loss. But, could it last? Could this be real life? Not only had I fallen into my ideal body weight, but it seemed that I could indulge in treats, exercise in a way I actually enjoyed (not necessarily the gym every day and maybe just a long nature walk), still have fun and my weight didn’t fluctuate, my clarity didn’t fade away and I still felt truly alive and beautiful every day. It was a dream come true.
Since then, I have made this lifestyle not only accessible to myself, family and friends but I have turned it into a career that I am endlessly passionate about. Becoming certified as a holistic nutritional lifestyle coach, meeting the man of my dreams and living in one of the most beautiful places on earth are all direct links to having discovered this lifestyle.
Since educating myself on how nutrition and weight-loss without deprivation really works I have never felt more alive, full of joy and beautiful.
My health improved inside and out physically and my mental state improved just as much. Clarity, mindfulness and a totally new way of seeing the world emerged. You could say, I obtained my dream of Optimal Beauty! It was unbelievable and still is. I am still learning and experimenting every day and I always will be because I am so passionate about my programs, my clients successes, my business and living this way of life.
My hope is to educate and inspire other millennial female entrepreneurs (like you) all over the world so that they may experience what I have. It is the most amazing and the best experience you could go through and do for yourself.
